About Us
Empire Elevator Co., Inc., established in 1971,
serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area from our headquarters
in Petaluma, California. Since our inception, we have
grown to become one of the largest independent elevator service
and maintenance companies in Northern California.
Empire specializes in providing maintenance,
repair and modernization services for virtually all types and
makes of elevators, escalators, chairlifts and dumbwaiters. Some

Hello All,
As a native San Franciscan and a
life-long Bay Area resident, I have been fortunate to have
witnessed many exciting changes over the years. In my 25
years of experience in the ever-changing elevator industry,
I have also been part of some exciting changes. These
include new technology, changes in state and local code
requirements and an increasing demand for quality and
support. This experience has provided me with some insight
and understanding into what it takes to develop and maintain
long-term customer relationships.
By applying, both my experience and
that of the entire Empire team, I have positioned Empire
Elevator to meet and exceed the needs of this demanding and
fast changing environment. I have found that by employing
honest work practices, quality workmanship, and personal
responsibility we have been able to build a successful
elevator service company. We strive to be pro-active in our
customer relationships with the goal of providing 100%
customer satisfaction. All of which has lead us to providing
service to over 600 elevators and repair / modernization
service to hundreds more.
